Welcome to Micah Make It Clean (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website and booking our mobile detailing services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services​
​

We provide professional mobile vehicle detailing services at the customer’s location. Our services include but are not limited to exterior wash, interior cleaning, paint decontamination, shampooing,

All services are subject to availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances.

 
2. Bookings & Cancellations

​

  • Appointments can be scheduled through phone or email.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows may result in full-service charges.

3. Payment
​

  • Payments are due after service is complete, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept Cash, Cheque and E-transfer.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Vehicle Condition
​

It is the customer's responsibility to disclose any existing damage or condition concerns prior to service. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, stains, etc.)

  • Damage resulting from poor vehicle condition (rust, brittle trim, loose moldings, etc.)

  • Items left in the vehicle. Please remove valuables before your appointment.

5. Liability
​

We strive to provide high-quality service with care and attention to detail. However, we are not liable for:

  • Damage resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Acts of God, accidents, or events beyond our control

  • Allergic reactions or health issues due to use of cleaning products

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

​

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will assess the issue and may offer a re-clean or partial refund at our discretion.

7. Website Use

​

All content on our website is the property of Micah Make It Clean and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission. Misuse of the website may result in restricted access or legal action.

8. Privacy Policy
​

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during booking or communication is used solely for providing services and will not be shared without consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Changes to Terms
