Refund Policy

At Micah Make It Clean (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to provide top-quality mobile detailing services and ensure every customer is satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with the service you receive, please review the following refund policy:

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, you must contact us within 24 hours of the appointment. We may offer one of the following options at our discretion:

A return visit to address missed areas (free of charge)
A partial refund based on the situation and service level
A full refund in rare cases where the service was not delivered at all or clearly not performed to reasonable standards

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

You fail to notify us of dissatisfaction within 24 hours of the service
The complaint is based on pre-existing vehicle damage or unrealistic expectations (e.g., permanent stains, deep scratches)
You were not present to inspect the service at the scheduled time and did not follow up
You provided incorrect service details or access instructions
Weather-related rescheduling — we will always reschedule at no extra cost

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund or credit toward a future appointment
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee (e.g., $25 or a percentage of the service)
No-shows or failure to provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time may be charged 100% of the service fee

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If you haven’t received it after that time:

Double-check with your bank or credit card provider
